My story
how I got here
I've spent over a decade in admin and operations, working behind the scenes of growing businesses. I've run technical operations for executive summits, managed online communities, built course delivery systems, and set up CRMs that handle hundreds of podcast guests and event bookings without anything slipping.
Along the way I noticed a pattern. Clients would come to me for one thing, a funnel or a website, and the real problem was always bigger. The tools were fine. What was missing was someone who could see how everything connected.
I've watched what happens when a founder finally gets support that understands the whole picture. Their shoulders drop. They start creating again, and they show up for their clients and their families with more of themselves. Giving someone that space back is the part of this work I love most.
So that's what I became. An online business manager who cares about the whole picture, and about the people on the other side of it.
